Refunds & Returns Policy

Please contact our customer service team to advise us of the reason for your return.  Please be sure to have your order number when you contact us.

Refunds: For a return to be accepted, products must be in an acceptable condition and unopened. The following details must be included with the return: Your name, address, order number and details of reason for return.

Refunds for the cost of goods only, and not the postage and packing, once the goods are received. No refund will be given against any sample or free item products.

Please be advised, if you wish to return the product for a personal reason that is not the fault of Ethos Vision, the calculated refund is based on the number of returns, less our administration costs to prepare, ship and insure your order.

Costs are also calculated for the cost of administration to receive and process your return. All packing and seals are destroyed and replaced, the authenticity and integrity of the vials tested. A 15% to 18% fee may apply and be deducted from your refund total.

The cost of returning the goods is payable by you and at your own risk. You should obtain proof of posting from the post office for all returns.

Credit is issued in the form of a store credit, or a refund to the card you made payment with, within 7 -14 days following the authenticity and integrity testing of the products returned at our distribution center.

Where an exchange has been requested due to an order processing error, a replacement item will be shipped out upon confirmation to include a returns label to return the incorrect item to our distribution center.

We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling where it is the customers own choice for refund or exchange.
